HOW WE MAKE SOAP

At CAPTAIN BUBBLE, we believe that the future of personal care lies in the past. This means that to maintain healthy skin, we must return to the ingredients that Mother Nature has provided us for centuries.

1. INGREDIENTS FROM MOTHER NATURE

All our soaps are made with a base of three main ingredients:

  • OLIVE OIL – Sourced from Spain, deeply nourishing and packed with antioxidants.
  • COCONUT OIL – Rich in fatty acids, it creates a creamy lather without drying out the skin.
  • SHEA BUTTER – Full of vitamins and nutrients, it soothes, repairs, and deeply hydrates.

Moreover, we steer clear of harsh chemicals or petroleum-derived substances. We rely on natural, traceable, and whenever possible, organic ingredients.

2. COLD-PROCESSING

We make soap the traditional way, using the cold process saponification method. This process blends oils with an alkaline solution without applying heat, allowing the chemical reaction to occur at its own pace.

By avoiding additional heat, we also reduce energy consumption and minimize our carbon footprint. This method takes longer, but the results are worth it: a soap that truly cares for your skin.

3. HANDMADE

After 24 hours in molds, the soap is hand-cut and cured for five weeks on wooden trays. This curing period allows the soap to harden naturally and develop all its glycerin.

Every bar of soap tells a story—from the olive fields to your shower. Because we believe that the best way to care for your skin is by caring for the world we live in.
